The tension escalates as strange symptoms begin spreading among residents of the high-rise. What begins as confusion quickly turns to horror when the first infected violently turn on the others. Jae-yoon tries to organize a response, while Young-joo witnesses a terrifying transformation that forces her into hiding. With no help from the outside and communication cut off, the residents are left to face the nightmare alone.

This episode sets the stage for chaos, as fear spreads faster than the infection.
